Screen printing- the most fun you could possibly have in one day.

Well I thought that If I’m going to make all of these lovely clothes that I’ve been planning that I will at least need lining materials for the insides of beautiful wool cloth suits & at best a lovely lot of hand printed cloth to make dresses, shirts etc.. as well! To do this I need a few more skills like screen printing. ….

I’ve booked myself onto a really wonderful looking course next weekend for a whole weekend http://www.newlynartschool.co.uk/courses/printing-on-fabric/ which I’m so looking forward to but I didn’t really know what to expect from printing with a screen so to get the most out of my weekend I thought I would just book myself into a day workshop which offered the basic skills to give me a rough idea.

I’m not going to write loads about it (aching arms!) but I did take loads of pictures which tell you everything you need to know, I’ve also included the pictures of design thoughts before hand, I’ve been working so hard on it all week ❤

(definitely lovely hand-printed, signed, limited edition prints available from today £25 each, let me know if you would like one, I LOVE them)
